Vacuum Circuit Breaker
MV1 type indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switchgear for 12kV, AC 50Hz power system, which is mainly used for protection and control in power plants, AC distribution systems and substations, and also as protection and control units for grid equipment, power equipment of industrial and mining enterprises. Due to the superior arc extinguishing characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker, the product is especially suitable for sites requiring frequent operation or repeated opening and closing of circuit current under rated working current. The circuit breaker adopts the integrated design of operating mechanism and circuit breaker, which can be used either as a fixed mounting unit or with a special driving mechanism to form a trolley unit.

● The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and the mechanism are arranged as a whole at the front and rear, which makes the performance of the operating mechanism and the arc extinguishing chamber more compatible, which reduces energy consumption and noise and makes the circuit breaker performance more reliable.
● It has manual and electric energy storage mode, which can be driven by external power supply to complete energy storage, and also can be stored manually through the handle of energy storage

● It adopts advanced arc extinguishing technology with longitudinal magnetic field and strong breaking capacity, featuring three kinds of breaking currents of 25, 31.5 and 40kA.
● The mechanical life can reach 20,000 times, with electrical life up to E2 level, thermal stability time up to 4s, large overtravel of dynamic and static contacts, and long service life

Multiple Interlocks for Safe and Efficient


● After the closing operation of the circuit breaker is completed, it will not be able to close again without opening
● After closing, if the closing signal is not released, the internal anti-trip circuit will cut off the closing circuit to prevent repeated reclosing.
● Optional electrical closing interlock with no closing operation before unlocking the closing device, preventing misoperation
● Turn off the closing circuit when the trolley type circuit breaker is not in the test position or working position to prevent the circuit breaker from closing into the load area.
● The trolley type will not be able to move after closing in the test position or working position to prevent pulling the isolated trolley with load
